Thought about this during the ride-around today doing deliveries. Wanted to get out some positive thoughts instead of the usual negative vinegar brew.
I know that I will not be the best or the brightest of the bunch; nor will I be the lowest being on the totem pole, either.
What I hope to be remembered for is standing behind the person that is smarter and stronger than I, holding them up when they need it most and giving them the boost required to perform at their best;
and
grabbing the hand of the person behind me and pulling them along for the ride, making sure that they don’t get lost from the group along the way.
